If you've already started capturing birthday sign-ups with the Happy Birthday app and then decide to enable the Omnisend integration, then we won't automatically push those existing customers through to your Omnisend account.
If you'd like us to run a sync between the Happy Birthday app and your Omnisend account, then please do get in touch and we'll schedule it in for you. We try to do these within 48 hours of receiving your request.
How does it work?
When we push each contact from Happy Birthday into Omnisend we will send over the contact's email address, first and last name (if you have it) and their date of birth. If the contact already exists in Omnisend, then we will only append any missing fields not already present in the Omnisend contact.
