When you reach the limit of Birthday Club members on your current pricing plan, we will continue to schedule and send out Birthday emails and generate discount codes for the existing members of your Birthday Club.
New Birthday Club sign-ups, however, will be suspended.
It is therefore important that you keep up to date and upgrade to the correct plan for the number of members in your Birthday Club.
This will ensure that you continue to collect new sign-ups to grow your Birthday Club.
Will I be notified before I exceed my plan limits?
Before you exceed your current plan, we will send notification emails to your store's Admin email address informing you that you will soon exceed your plan.
If you haven't upgraded and we notice that you are still about to exceed your plan, then we will send you another email notification.
If you then exceed your plan without having upgraded, we will send you another email notification. At that point, we will stop collecting new Birthday Club sign-ups for your store. This means that the following Birthday Club sign-up points will stop working:
- Birthday Sign-up form on the Order Status Page
- Birthday Sign-up Page
- Manual Additions
- Integrations - any new Birthday sign-ups sent by integrations not be collected
Changing your contact email address
If you would prefer to use an alternative email address to receive notifications regarding plan limits and upgrading, then please get in touch and we will update your notification settings.
Please take a look at our pricing plans to decide on the most appropriate plan for the existing size of your Birthday Club and how quickly you anticipate it will grow. You can see how many members you have by looking at the Stats view with the Happy Birthday app.
