When you reach the limit of Birthday club members collected on your existing plan, we will continue to collect and store new customers Birthday sign-ups, however, the app will stop sending out birthday emails to your customers after a short grace period.
It is therefore important that you keep up to date and upgrade to the right plan for the number of customer Birthdays you have collected. This will ensure that Birthday emails continue to be sent out to your customers.
Emails are automatically sent bi-weekly to your store's admin email address when:
1. You are close to reaching the limit of your current plan
2. You have exceeded the limit of your plan.
If you are using one of our integrations, e.g. Klaviyo or MailChimp - we will continue to collect sign-ups via the Happy Birthday app, however, we won't push those contacts through to your email marketing platform.
If you would prefer to use an alternate email address to receive notifications regarding plan limits and upgrading, then please get in touch and we will update your notification settings.
