Our app utilises the Shopify Billing API, therefore all billing related activities are undertaken by Shopify.
If you need to query any billing activity associated with this app, then please contact Shopify support: https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/questions
Shopify will then contact us with the details. We will then investigate the information provided and if a refund is due, we will approve the refund or add app credits to your account.
